CtrlS Datacenters has inaugurated a ₹400 crore data centre in Patna’s Patliputra Industrial Area, with an IT load capacity of 12 MW. The facility, inaugurated on October 13 in the presence of Bihar Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary, will serve enterprises, government institutions, hyperscalers and technology companies across Bihar and eastern India, strengthening the region’s digital infrastructure.

In a parallel development, CtrlS has signed a letter of intent with the Government of Bihar for a proposed ₹10,000 crore AI factory in Bodh Gaya, planned with a capacity of 150 MW. The company also aims to establish more than 20 edge data centres across India’s tier-2 and tier-3 cities and build over 4.4 GW of data centre capacity by 2030, reflecting its broader expansion strategy in AI and digital infrastructure.
