Debabrata Das has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer at Hindustan Oil Exploration Company Limited (HOEC), as part of the latest CFO leadership movements also involving GP Petroleums.

Prior to this appointment, he served as CFO at HCG Group, leading financial strategy, capital structuring, treasury, and finance transformation. He previously headed Corporate Finance at Adani Total Gas, managing large-scale funding programmes and capital strategy, and spent over 12 years at GMR Energy in project finance, refinancing, and financial governance.
