Dr. Amrut Naik has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer at Alkem Laboratories Ltd., effective November 11, 2026, following approval by the company’s board. With over 26 years of experience, he brings expertise across pharmaceuticals, biologics and global business operations. His career includes senior leadership roles at Lupin, Emcure Pharmaceuticals Limited, and Ranbaxy. Throughout his career, Dr. Naik has worked across branded formulations, generics, APIs, biologics, vaccines and specialty portfolios. His experience also includes building international businesses, leading cross-border transactions and establishing joint ventures.
