LTM launches GCC Origin for Global Capability Centres in India

LTM has launched GCC Origin, a dedicated business unit designed to help enterprises establish, operate, scale and transform Global Capability Centres (GCCs) in India. The unit will function independently within LTM, with dedicated leadership, sales and delivery teams, and will be led by Shailendra Singh, reporting to CEO and MD Venu Lambu. GCC Origin will provide end-to-end support covering site selection, workplace infrastructure, operational readiness and turnkey facilities across Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities. It will also leverage LTM’s BlueVerse agentic AI ecosystem, which includes more than 300 pre-built AI agents, to support AI-driven operations and business transformation. Enterprises can access the services through multiple engagement models, including Assisted GCC, Build-Operate-Transform-Transfer, Virtual GCC, Joint Ventures and Hire-Operate-Transfer.
