Madhu Shankar MS has been appointed as Vice President – AI Transformation at ANSR, bringing over 25 years of experience in global technology leadership, digital transformation, enterprise solutions, and Global Capability Centre (GCC) strategy. In his new role, he will contribute to AI-led transformation initiatives, helping organisations drive innovation and business growth through technology.

Prior to this appointment, Shankar served as Chief Growth Officer at Prudent Technologies and Consulting, Inc., leading global sales, marketing, partnerships, and go-to-market strategy. He previously served as CEO of BuildingBlocks Consulting and held strategic advisory roles across multiple organisations, supporting business scaling, AI enablement, GCC development, and enterprise transformation.
