Mallet Easow Appointed HR Head at HCA Healthcare India

Mallet Easow has been appointed Head of Human Resources at HCA Healthcare India, beginning a new chapter in a career shaped by a long-standing focus on people, talent and organisational growth.

Mallet brings nearly two decades of experience in strategic HR, talent management and organisational transformation. Before joining HCA, he spent 19 years and 6 months at Deloitte, where he partnered with leaders and teams on talent strategy, workforce planning, business partnering and organisational effectiveness. He began his professional journey through internships at HSBC Global Technology India and JPMorgan Chase.

At HCA Healthcare India, Mallet will lead the HR function and help strengthen the capabilities and people practices needed to support the organisation’s growth ambitions. His appointment brings broad experience in talent and organisational change to an important stage in HCA Healthcare India’s journey.
