Manashi Guha has been elevated to Country Managing Director, Malaysia & Singapore at L'Oréal, effective September 2026. In her new role, she will lead the company’s business operations across both markets, building on her extensive experience in consumer products, brand management, and business growth.

Manashi brings a strong track record of leadership across L’Oréal’s international markets, having held key positions in Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, the UK, Ireland, and India. Before this appointment, she served as Chief Growth Officer for the UK & Ireland and Managing Director of the Consumer Products Division in the same region. Her previous roles include Consumer Division Head for SAPMENA, Director & Business Head in Indonesia and Malaysia, and senior marketing leadership positions for L’Oréal Paris, Garnier, and Maybelline New York in India. Earlier in her career, she worked with General Mills, Lotte Confectionery India Limited, and Avalon Consulting.
