Manish Goel appointed as Managing Director – Project Management at Colliers India

Manish Goel has been appointed as Managing Director – Project Management at Colliers India. He will lead the company’s pan-India project management business, bringing extensive experience across real estate, advisory and hospitality. A civil engineer, he specialises in project planning, feasibility studies and risk management. Before joining Colliers, Manish served as Chief Projects Officer at Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited. He previously held the position of Managing Director – Project Management, Greenfield Projects at Cushman & Wakefield. Earlier, he worked with JLL as National Director and held project management roles at ITC Hotels Limited and Ansal Hotels Limited.
