Manju Dhawan has joined Eazymuv Technologies Private Limited as Strategic Advisor, bringing over 35 years of experience in logistics, operations management, and organisational development as the company strengthens its technology-led factory and supply chain operations business.

As Co-founder of Ecom Express, Manju played a key role in building and scaling a nationwide logistics enterprise that supports India’s digital commerce ecosystem. Her experience in developing operational capabilities and scaling businesses positions her to support Eazymuv’s next phase of growth.

Before co-founding Ecom Express, Manju spent nearly 25 years at Blue Dart, where she held leadership roles across customer service, operations, and organisational excellence. Her extensive experience across two major logistics organisations has given her valuable insights into operational efficiency, customer-centricity, and building scalable business models.

At Eazymuv, Manju will work closely with the founding team on growth strategy, organisational capability, and developing a scalable operating model focused on execution and customer outcomes. The company combines on-ground operations management with its proprietary Eazymuv Operating System to digitise factory and warehouse workflows, bringing together inventory visibility, process discipline, and execution accountability across pre- and post-production operations.

Her appointment marks an important milestone in Eazymuv’s growth journey as it seeks to expand its presence and help manufacturers build more reliable, efficient, and digitally connected operations.
