Nikhil S. has been elevated to Global Head – Capability & Training Services at Frauscher Sensor Technology. In his expanded role, he will focus on capability development, training services, and strengthening learning initiatives across global locations. His work builds on his experience in developing global training strategies, leading learning professionals, and enhancing customer learning experiences through digital initiatives.

Before taking on this role, Nikhil served as Global Head of Academy at Frauscher Sensor Technology and previously led Academy and technical training at Frauscher Sensor Technology India. He also held leadership responsibilities at Telecommunications Consultants India Ltd. (TCIL), including Project Director for its Qatar branch. Alongside his corporate responsibilities, he serves as Global Sections Coordinator at th IRSE - The Institution of Railway Signal Engineering) and Vice Chairman of the IRSE India Section. His expertise spans capability development, digital learning, technical training, leadership development, and railway signalling.
