Nittin Trehan has been appointed as Senior Director – Head of Finance Capability Center at Randstad Global Capability Center. In his new role, he leads the finance organisation, overseeing critical operations and service delivery across 30 countries while partnering with global CFOs and business leaders to align regional execution with long-term corporate strategy.

Nittin brings extensive expertise in finance shared services, process automation, operational excellence, and business transformation. Before joining Randstad, he served as Director – Head of Finance Shared Services for Asia Pacific and the Middle East at ManpowerGroup operations and reporting capabilities. During his tenure at Bank of America, he led transformation initiatives, helped establish finance and procurement centres of excellence, and managed strategic projects. He also held a business excellence and change management role at HSBC. His expertise spans finance operations, analytics, automation, and global capability centre leadership.
