Parvathy Kumar (Assoc CIPD) has been elevated to Head of Human Resources – Azizi Industrial at Azizi Developments. In her new role, she will contribute to the organisation’s HR strategy, workforce management, and people operations, building on her experience in payroll, onboarding, HR systems transformation, and HR policy formulation.

Parvathy has held multiple HR leadership positions at Azizi Developments, including Deputy Director of Human Resources and Manager – Payroll, Onboarding & HRIS Transformation. Previously, she served as Assistant Manager – Payroll & Benefits at PureHealth and Senior HR Specialist – Payroll & Operations at Multiplex. Her professional journey also includes roles at RE/THINK HQ, Arabtec Construction, and Castle & Cook. She began her career with learning and development exposure at Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces, along with internships at Cochin Port Trust and Tata Consultancy Services. Her expertise spans HR operations, payroll management, HRIS transformation, employee welfare, and people processes.
