Raghav Yadav has been elevated to Senior Vice President and Head of FinTech Practice at EXL. In this role, he will lead the firm’s FinTech practice, advising organisations such as consumer lenders, neobanks, business financing companies, crypto wallet providers, and alternative lending platforms on data, analytics, and AI strategy. His focus remains on enabling data-driven decision-making and driving business transformation across the financial technology sector. Raghav has held several leadership positions at EXL, including Vice President and FinTech Practice Head, Vice President, Senior Assistant Vice President, and Assistant Vice President. Before joining EXL, he worked at Analytics Quotient in consulting and marketing analytics roles, supporting global organisations across technology, automotive, consumer goods, and telecom.
