Rajat Mishra Appointed CBO at Prince Pipes and Fittings

Rajat Mishra has joined Prince Pipes and Fittings Ltd as Chief Business Officer, bringing over two decades of commercial leadership experience across the Building Materials, Adhesives, FMCG and Telecom sectors. Based at the PRH location, he will report to Mr. Parag Chheda, Joint Managing Director, and lead the Retail, Projects, Marketing & Branding, and Exports verticals, overseeing the organisation's overall business strategy, growth and performance.

An alumnus of IIM Kozhikode, Rajat brings extensive experience in business leadership, market expansion and commercial strategy. His professional journey spans prominent organisations including Astral Adhesives, Ashirvad Pipes, Pidilite Industries Limited, Mondelēz International and Vodafone, where he has held key leadership positions and gained cross-industry exposure.

Throughout his career, Rajat has built a strong track record of driving business growth, strengthened go-to-market strategies and expanding distribution and channel networks. His experience in managing diverse business functions, identifying growth opportunities and developing high-performing teams has shaped his approach to building sustainable businesses and strengthening market competitiveness.
