The appointment follows Hitesh Oberoi’s decision to step down from his executive duties after nearly 27 years with the company and is subject to final shareholder approval. Sanjeev is the co-founder of Info Edge, the company behind platforms including Naukri.com, Jeevansathi.com, 99acres.com, and Shiksha.com.
