Saurabh Sharma has joined Bector Foods as Chief Human Resources Officer, bringing over 23 years of experience across the FMCG, pharmaceutical, automotive, and electronics industries. Saurabh carries a diverse expertise in manufacturing HR and industrial relations, corporate HR, HR strategy, and Centres of Excellence.

Throughout his career, Saurabh has worked with organisations including Sona Koyo Steering Systems, Mondelez, Piramal Healthcare, Raychem RPG, Sun Pharma, and Bunge India, before his recent tenure at Zydus Wellness. His experience spans organisational transformation, talent management and succession planning, leadership development & coaching, strengthening corporate HR partnerships, employee experience, employer branding, and organisational culture.
