Shakir Iqbal has been appointed as Associate Partner – HR at BDO India, taking on the role of Head – HR Business Partnering. He brings extensive experience in strategic HR leadership, talent management, organisational development, workforce planning, and HR transformation, with a strong focus on aligning people strategies with business objectives. Prior to joining BDO India, Shakir served as Senior Director – Group HR at Burjeel Holdings. He also spent nearly 15 years at PwC India, progressing through senior leadership roles, including Senior Director – Human Capital, Assurance HC Leader, and Risk Advisory HC Leader.
