Shubham Rajvanshi Appointed as Associate Vice President at Tech Mahindra

Shubham Rajvanshi has been appointed as Associate Vice President | Head of Energy & Utilities (Central and Western Europe) at Tech Mahindra. He will drive business development, pipeline conversion, and strategic growth across Benelux, DACH, and Central & Eastern Europe, strengthening Tech Mahindra’s presence in the energy and utilities sector.

With two decades of experience across energy, utilities, and process industries, Shubham most recently served as Senior Director and Global Client Partner at L&T Technology Services, managing global client relationships, sales teams, and cross-functional delivery across asset management, engineering, digital, and IT. Before that, he worked at ISG, advising global clients on strategic sourcing and end-to-end sourcing programmes.

Earlier, Shubham led EMEA business development for SAP Enterprise Asset Management at Rizing. His career also includes extensive experience at L&T Technology Services in business development, account management, and delivery leadership, along with project management experience at Bluewater Energy Services and an as-built leadership role at Qatar Petroleum.

A Chemical Engineer by training, Shubham brings deep industry expertise and a forward-looking perspective on digital foundations, geospatial digital twins, and AI at scale. He also shares his insights as an expert speaker at industry forums including IOGP, ISG, Future of Digital Twin & AI, OPEX Group, and GoDigital.
