Simon White Appointed VP & Country Head, Tech Mahindra Tenzing

Simon White has been appointed as Vice President & Country Head – New Zealand and Public Sector Lead (ANZ) at Tech Mahindra Tenzing. In his expanded leadership role, he will bring his extensive ICT industry experience and track record of delivering complex, large-scale technology outcomes to the New Zealand market, while continuing his leadership responsibilities across the Australian public sector.

Simon currently serves as Vice President at Tech Mahindra, leading the public sector and education businesses across Australia and New Zealand. With more than 15 years of ICT industry experience, he specialises in federal and state government engagements, combining technology services expertise with business and delivery leadership.

Simon has built an exceptional track record as a trusted leader for clients facing their most complex and critical ICT challenges. He has successfully delivered systems of national significance and critical national infrastructure, while also being called upon to recover failed or high-risk programs and restore them to successful delivery.

Throughout his career, Simon has held leadership roles at Kyndryl, Infosys, DXC, Verizon Business and Telstra. This experience has given him a deep understanding of the technology landscape and the evolving needs of government and large enterprise customers.

Simon holds an MBA from the University of South Australia. Beyond his corporate career, he has also co-founded a marine conservation start-up, reflecting his interest in entrepreneurship and environmental sustainability.

His appointment marks the next chapter in his leadership journey at Tech Mahindra Tenzing, expanding his responsibility to New Zealand while continuing to lead the public sector mandate across Australia and New Zealand.
