Soniya Dave Appointed CHRO at Ganesh Green Bharat

Soniya Dave has been appointed as Chief Human Resources Officer at Ganesh Green Bharat Limited, bringing over 22 years of experience in strategic human resources leadership across manufacturing, real estate, retail, FMCG and other industries. She brings extensive expertise in HR strategy, business partnering, organisational development, talent management and HR transformation.

Throughout her career, Soniya has held key HR leadership positions across organisations, including Nebula Infraspace, Shubham Inc, Unique Group, Anagram Stock Broking (Edelweiss), Jhagadia Copper and E2E SerWiz Solutions (Tata Group). Her professional journey reflects strong experience in managing group-level HR functions, strengthening people practices and aligning human resource strategies with organisational objectives.

With a B.Com. and an MBA, Soniya has developed a strong foundation in strategic HR operations, workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management and employee engagement.
