Srinivas Rapelli has been appointed as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at YES SECURITIES. In his new role, he will leverage his expertise in technology leadership, digital transformation, and enterprise architecture to support the organisation’s technology strategy and business objectives.

Srinivas brings extensive experience across financial services, fintech, and technology product development. Before joining YES SECURITIES, he served as Chief Technology Officer at RATNAAFIN and as Co-Founder and Chief Product & Technology Officer at Octogle Technologies. He also held the position of SVP and Head of Information Technology at Electronica Finance Limited, where he led technology transformation, digital lending platforms, analytics, and technology governance. Earlier in his career, he led technology for retail broking at Bajaj Broking. His expertise spans cloud-native platforms, scalable architecture, information security, and technology-driven business transformation.
