Sshaji Nair joined Nandhana Foods Private Limited as Group Chief Business Officer (Group CBO) on 21 October 2026. With three decades of leadership experience across India’s quick-service restaurant (QSR) and hospitality sectors, he brings extensive expertise in business strategy, P&L leadership, enterprise operations, and multi-brand growth.

Throughout his career, Sshaji has focused on building and scaling consumer businesses across company-owned and franchise-led operating models. His experience spans strategic expansion, operational excellence, and capital-efficient execution, with a strong emphasis on sustainable growth and long-term value creation.

Prior to joining Nandhana Foods, Sshaji held leadership positions at Devyani International Limited and Yum Restaurants India Private Limited, building extensive expertise in business growth, driving market expansion, scaling multi-brand operations, and delivering profitable growth.

At Nandhana Foods, Sshaji will play a key leadership role in shaping the Group’s next phase of growth. His mandate will extend beyond expansion to building scalable operating platforms and unlocking new growth opportunities that support the Group’s long-term ambitions.
