Sunil Mandava has been elevated to Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Kshema General Insurance Limited. He takes charge of the technology function after serving as Head of Engineering & Infrastructure. Since joining in August 2023, he has progressed from Chief Architect to senior technology leadership roles. His journey reflects more than three years of contribution to the organisation’s technology transformation. At Kshema, he built a 200+ member technology team and scaled the core platform to over 2 million monthly users. His contributions include strengthening cybersecurity, establishing AI governance and driving technology modernisation. Prior to Kshema, he held technology leadership roles at Salesforce, FINRA, Bank of America, CoreLogic, The Hartford, FICO and Citi Group.
