Superna Shanker has been appointed as Global Chief Human Resources Officer at ResultsCX, bringing over 25 years of HR leadership experience across technology, IT services and business process management. She will lead the global people strategy, focusing on talent, leadership development and organisational culture.

Previously, Shanker held senior HR leadership roles at Infosys and Infosys BPM, leading executive compensation, HR strategy, talent development and organisational transformation. Earlier, she worked with QAI and Proactive Consultants.
