The finance function has changed. CFOs are no longer only guardians of the balance sheet. They are 𝗰𝗼-𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝘆, 𝗱𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗔𝗜 𝗮𝗱𝗼𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝘁𝗲𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗰𝗮𝗽𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹, and they keep boards and businesses steady through uncertainty.
