Umesh Maheshwari has been appointed as Vice President – Finance at Pep Technologies

Umesh Maheshwari has been appointed as Vice President – Finance at Pep Technologies, where he will lead the finance functions for mCaffeine and HYPHEN. He brings over a decade of experience across financial management, taxation, financial planning and analysis, and business partnering, with expertise in supporting business growth and financial strategy.

Prior to this appointment, Umesh spent nearly seven years at FirstCry (BrainBees Solutions Limited), most recently serving as General Manager – Finance and Taxation. He contributed to the company’s financial management and growth journey, including its IPO, while overseeing financial architecture, FP&A, budgeting, taxation, audits and complex accounting matters.

Earlier, Umesh worked with Deloitte India in audit and assurance and Tata Consultancy Services as a Business Analyst – SAP Finance. His experience across financial management, regulatory compliance and process improvement positions him to strengthen financial strategy and support the continued growth of mCaffeine and HYPHEN.
