Vandana Kaushik has been appointed as Head – People & Culture at MSM Unify, bringing extensive experience in Strategic HR, business partnering, organizational development, and employee experience. Her appointment marks an important step in her leadership journey, with a focus on aligning people strategies with business priorities.

Prior to joining MSM Unify, Vandana served as Director – HR at upGrad, where she led Business HR, Strategic HR, and Organization Development initiatives.

Earlier, she spent seven years at NIIT Limited, progressing from Manager – People Engagement to Senior Manager – Business HR. Her career also includes key roles at HCL TSS Pvt. Ltd., FIS, and Genpact, building a strong foundation in employee relations, performance management, people engagement, and HR business partnering.

With her broad HR expertise and people-centric approach, Vandana is well-positioned to strengthen MSM Unify’s people and culture agenda and support its next phase of growth.
