Vivek Kumar Jain Appointed as Chief Business Officer at Krishival Foods

Vivek Kumar Jain has joined Krishival Foods as Chief Business Officer, effective October 23, 2026. With 25 years of experience across Nestlé and Tata Consumer Products, he brings extensive expertise in business strategy, revenue growth, portfolio expansion, product and category management, and channel development across domestic and international markets.

In his new role, Vivek will spearhead business strategy and revenue growth, drive portfolio expansion, and lead General Trade, Modern Trade, E-commerce, Quick Commerce and Exports, including their incubation and development. His appointment comes with a strong track record of building consumer businesses, strengthening brands, creating profitable growth platforms and leading large teams across diverse markets.

During his seven-year tenure at Tata Consumer Products, Vivek held senior leadership roles across Modern Trade, E-commerce and Exports. He played a key role in scaling the company’s Modern Trade and E-commerce businesses and capabilities while expanding its export presence. Earlier, during his 18 years at Nestlé, he held diverse sales and business leadership responsibilities across India and Thailand.

Throughout his career, Vivek has contributed to the growth of leading brands, including Maggi, Nescafé, Nestlé Waters, Milkmaid, Tata Tea, Tata Sampann and Soulfull, across markets such as India, Thailand, the US and other international regions. He also played an important role in rebuilding consumer and trade confidence in Maggi following the 2015 crisis, strengthening his experience in trust-led brand building.

Vivek holds a B.Com. from Commerce College, University of Rajasthan, Jaipur, and a PGDBA in HR and Finance from AMS, Dehradun. In 2026, he completed courses in Future Ready Product Management Using Artificial Intelligence from IIT Roorkee and Digital Marketing and Analytics from IIM Mumbai. He also holds a General Management certification from SDA Bocconi.
