We are delighted to welcome Romil Kulshrestha, Head – Offline Growth & Partnerships, Flipspaces, to the CXO Lanes Founders' and CEO Club ! With 18+ years of leadership experience, Romil brings deep expertise in strategy and transformation, P&L management, M&A and Global Capability Centre (GCC) leadership. He has owned enterprise revenue, profitability and transformation agendas across multi-business groups and global operations. He has served as Managing Director of the FarmLink Platform and Group Chief Strategy Officer at Innoterra, both as a Group Executive Board Member, and led the India and Poland TAS practice at EY-Parthenon. Earlier, he spent over nine years at Thomson Reuters, with roles spanning M&A, business development in ASEAN and enterprise technology and operations across 93 countries, including global stints in Singapore, New York and Geneva.
