ZNL Bearings Elevates Hemant Sharma to Lead New Business

Hemant Sharma has been elevated to Head – OEM & Distribution (New Business) at ZNL Bearings Private Limited, with an expanded mandate that includes Domestic Distribution Business Development alongside his existing Export and OEM responsibilities. In this role, he will focus on strengthening the company's domestic distribution network while advancing its OEM and international business opportunities.

Hemant brings over 25 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development and channel management across industrial products and engineering solutions. Before taking on this expanded role, he served as Head – New Business (Export & OEM) at ZNL Bearings, driving market penetration and building relationships with Tier 1 OEMs and key export customers. His earlier leadership experience includes senior sales and marketing roles at Orient Enterprise, PIX Transmissions, Grainger and other industrial businesses, where he contributed to revenue growth, distribution expansion and strategic account development.

His expanded responsibilities reflect a continued focus on market development, stronger channel partnerships and sustainable business growth across ZNL Bearings' domestic and international markets.
