Additionally, he has managed business unit profits through budget analysis, revenue collection, and cost control measures.
Before joining Tribes Communication, Sanyal served as the finance director at Madison OOH media group for 13 years. At Madison, he was pivotal in financial restructuring and driving the organization’s profitability. His tenure there highlighted his capability in steering financial strategies and enhancing organizational performance.
Sanyal’s credentials include being a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) and an Associate Cost and Management Accountant (ACMA).
