M3M India, a prominent luxury real estate company in India, has announced the appointment of Sanjeev Kumar Sharma as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Sharma joins M3M India with a wealth of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), financing, reporting, controllership, treasury, and taxation, which positions him to significantly enhance the company’s financial operations.
Previously serving as CFO – India Office Business & EVP at Brookfield Properties, Sharma played a pivotal role in driving strategic financial initiatives and fostering growth within the organization. His extensive tenure in leadership roles underscores his ability to navigate complex financial landscapes and drive sustainable business outcomes.
Sharma brings nearly three decades of expertise in finance and accounting across diverse sectors including real estate, equipment rentals, manufacturing, and banking. His appointment is expected to strengthen M3M India’s leadership team and support its strategic financial objectives.
