Before joining Mela Ventures, Sundar served as Assistant Vice President of Finance at Stakeboat Capital LLP, where he led financial evaluations spanning various industries including SaaS, Automation Solutions, Healthcare, IT/ITeS, and E-Publishing. His expertise was pivotal in guiding strategic transactions and fundraising efforts for both global and domestic clients. Prior to that, he accumulated extensive experience at Ernst and Young LLP, overseeing over 40 financial due diligence engagements.
Sundar is a Chartered Accountant (CA) and holds a diploma in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), showcasing his strong foundation in financial management and reporting.
In his new capacity at Mela Ventures, Sundar will spearhead financial and investment strategies. His role will be instrumental in nurturing and scaling innovative startups across various sectors.
