WhiteOak Capital Asset Management Appoints Nitin Shah as Group CFO

WhiteOak Capital Asset Management has announced the appointment of Nitin Shah as its new Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Shah brings with him 30 years of financial leadership experience.

Before joining WhiteOak Capital, Shah was the Managing Director and Global Co-Chief Financial Officer of the engineering division at Goldman Sachs. His previous roles also include positions at Merrill Lynch and Mahindra & Mahindra Group.

Prashant Khemka, Founder of WhiteOak Capital, expressed confidence in Shah’s capabilities, stating, “Nitin’s innovative mindset, strong leadership skills, and dedication to excellence make him well-suited for our group. With his extensive background in financial management and strategic planning, Nitin will be instrumental in driving our global growth and helping us reach our objectives.”

Shah, a Chartered Accountant and a licensed treasury manager from the Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India, shared his enthusiasm for the new role, saying, “I am delighted to be a part of the WhiteOak Capital team! Together, we will leverage our strengths to achieve our goals and deliver greater value to our clients and stakeholders.”
