He previously held the role of Chief Operating Officer and Head of Business Operations at Slack, where he spent over eight years rising through various strategic roles, including Vice President of Product and Engineering Business Operations. During his tenure, he significantly contributed to Slack’s growth, driving business improvements and supporting its long-term goals.

Earlier in his career, Shah held strategic roles at Twitter, including Director of Corporate Development and Strategy, Chief of Staff to the COO, and Manager of User Growth Finance. These positions allowed him to deepen his expertise in corporate development, operational efficiency, and user engagement strategies.

Neil Shah began his professional journey as a consultant at McKinsey & Company, where he gained experience in advising clients across various industries. His ability to deliver data-driven strategies and solutions has been a consistent hallmark throughout his career.
