Raghu’s career at Siemens Healthineers spans several senior roles, including Global Human Resources Business Partner, where he focused on executive development and improving organizational performance. He has also contributed significantly to HR leadership at companies such as ABB and Flextronics Design Consumer Electronics (India) Private Ltd, gaining invaluable experience in managing global HR functions and talent strategies.
An alumnus of TAPMI, Raghu holds an MBA in HR and a PGDM in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management from Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan. In his new role, Raghu aims to support Varian’s mission of improving patient outcomes by driving innovation, collaboration, and effective HR strategies.
