Sulabh Kulshreshtha has recently joined Livspace as the Head of Human Resources for India and Southeast Asia, marking a significant career move in his HR journey. In his new role, Sulabh is leading the people agenda for Livspace, Asia’s largest omni-channel home interiors and renovation platform, which operates across regions such as Singapore, Malaysia, and the Middle East. His expertise will be instrumental in fostering a culture of growth and excellence as Livspace continues its expansion into multiple metro and non-metro markets across India.

Prior to Livspace, Sulabh played a key role in shaping employee experience and HR tech initiatives at Nykaa, one of India’s leading beauty and fashion e-commerce platforms. During his tenure at Nykaa, he focused on enhancing the employee experience, leading HR communications, and promoting well-being initiatives. His efforts were pivotal in scaling up HR capabilities and preparing the company for its IPO journey. Before Nykaa, Sulabh also held significant roles in the HR landscape at Barbeque Nation, where he managed the people agenda for both Indian and international teams and helped the company achieve notable rankings in workplace excellence.

With over a decade of experience across sectors including retail, F&B, telecom, and insurance, Sulabh has demonstrated a strong commitment to building diverse and high-performing teams.
