Arnab Banerjee has been re-appointed as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, following the recommendation from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. This re-appointment, subject to shareholder approval, will be effective for one year starting April 1, 2025.
Currently, Banerjee serves as the Managing Director and CEO of CEAT Limited. He joined CEAT in 2005 as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Over the years, he has taken on increased responsibilities, including serving as the Chief Operating Officer since 2018 before assuming his current role.
With over 30 years of professional experience, Banerjee has worked at CEAT, Marico, and Berger Paints. He is an alumnus of IIT Kharagpur and holds a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) Certification.
In addition to Banerjee’s re-appointment, the Board of Directors has approved the appointment of Praveen Pardeshi as an Additional Director in the capacity of Non-Executive, Independent Director for a term of five years, effective June 17, 2024. This appointment is also subject to shareholder approval via a Special Resolution.
