Dr. Yousif Al Hammadi has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of Tabreed

Dr. Yousif Al Hammadi has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of Tabreed, effective September 2026, following his tenure as Interim Chief Executive Officer from January to August 2026. He previously served as Chief Asset Management Officer and Managing Director of Downtown Dubai District Cooling Company, alongside leading business development, projects and stakeholder management at Tabreed. Dr. Yousif also holds board leadership positions at PAL Cooling Holding LLC SPC Holding, Palm Jabal Ali District Cooling, Tabreed Parks Investments, Tasleem Metering & Payment Collection, EPPI and Tabreed Asia.
