Johnny Dababneh has been appointed as Head of Employee Banking (CB@Work) at Commercial Bank, marking a significant milestone in his retail banking leadership career. In his new role, he will lead the bank's employee banking strategy, driving customer acquisition, partnership development, and tailored banking solutions for corporate employees across Qatar. Prior to joining Commercial Bank, he served as VP, Head of Retail Banking Sales, Products & Employee Banking at Bank ABC.
