Maha Kassim has been appointed as Senior Director – People & Culture at Ras Al Khaimah Tourism Development Authority, marking a significant milestone in her human resources leadership career. In her new role, she will lead the Authority’s people and culture strategy, driving talent development, organizational transformation, employee engagement, and workforce excellence to support Ras Al Khaimah’s growing tourism sector. Prior to joining Ras Al Khaimah Tourism Development Authority, she served as Head of HR and Talent & Transformation Senior Director at Aujan Coca-Cola Beverages Company (ACCBC). Earlier, she held several senior HR leadership roles at AstraZeneca, Aramex, and PepsiCo, leading talent acquisition, HR business partnering, organizational development, performance management, transformation, and culture initiatives across the Middle East, Africa, and international markets.
