Sami Abouzahr appointed as Head of International Wealth and Premier Banking, Middle East and UAE at HSBC, effective October 2026. He brings 20 years of international leadership experience across wealth management, asset management, investment solutions and banking, with a strong focus on affluent and high-net-worth clients. Prior to this appointment, he served as Global Head of Investments and Managed Solutions at HSBC in Hong Kong. His previous leadership positions include MD, Head of Investments and Wealth Solutions, Hong Kong; MD, Head of Customer Wealth, Hong Kong; MD, Global Head of Wealth Solutions in London; and Global Head of Sales Deployment, Group Wealth Management.
