Yasemin Bedir has been appointed as President, Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa at Mastercard, effective September 2026. Prior to this appointment, she served as Divisional President for Eastern Europe, leading regional business strategy and operations. She also held the position of Executive Vice President for the North America Processors and Banks segment, overseeing key business relationships and strategic initiatives. Earlier in her career at Mastercard, Yasemin served as General Manager for Turkey and Azerbaijan and Head of Sales for Southeast Europe. Before joining Mastercard, she worked as a Senior Manager at HSBC and held a managerial position at Garanti BBVA Bank.
