Known for his sharp acumen in enterprise sales leadership, Gaurav will now be spearheading enterprise hunting and strategic expansion initiatives at Kapture CX.
Over the past several years, Gaurav has demonstrated exceptional performance in top-tier organizations such as Freshworks, PwC India, and Bizongo. At Freshworks, he played a pivotal role in leading strategic account teams across the Indian market and earned multiple accolades for his consistent results, customer success, and deal closures. Prior to that, he made significant contributions at Bizongo as Senior Manager – Global Enterprise Sales, overseeing partnerships and client growth across major industries like logistics and ecommerce.
Gaurav’s journey in sales leadership began with consulting roles at PwC India, where he focused on digitally transforming Indian cities through innovative SaaS solutions. He further honed his enterprise sales expertise with Smarten Spaces, leading AI-driven SaaS platform sales and client success strategies. His vast exposure across APAC, EU, and North American markets reflects his versatility and command in navigating complex enterprise ecosystems.
An engineering graduate from Jaypee University of Engineering & Technology and an MBA from IMT Ghaziabad, Gaurav has consistently thrived in fast-paced, agile environments. His appointment at Kapture CX is expected to strengthen the company’s position in the enterprise SaaS domain and accelerate its AI-driven growth trajectory.
