A CXO or function head of an organisation operating in India. For the five Rising awards, a leader one level below the CXO.
Four nomination routes
- Peer — a CXO nominates another CXO
- Organisation — a company nominates its CXO
- Self-nomination
- Jury & Research — made internally by the Secretariat
