How we choose

Merit over participation. Evidence over claims.

An award is presented only when the jury determines that the required standard has been met.

Our 7 principles

What we will not compromise

Merit over participation
Evidence over claims
Peer judgment over popularity
Independence over commercial influence
Impact over title
Scarcity over volume
Transparency over ambiguity

The process

Five stages

  1. 01Open NominationsPeer, organisation and self-nominations with an Executive Evidence Dossier.
  2. 02Eligibility & Evidence ReviewThe Secretariat verifies designation, company, tenure and evidence. No scoring.
  3. 03Independent Jury Scoring3–5 CXOs score independently — no discussion, no access to others' scores.
  4. 04CXO Jury ConversationA 20-minute online conversation with each finalist. Not a sales pitch.
  5. 05Grand Jury ValidationThe Grand Jury validates Winner or No Winner from the top 3 finalists.

The 100-point framework

How every dossier is scored

30

Business Impact

"What changed because of the CXO?"

20

Strategic Leadership

"How did they set and steer direction?"

20

Transformation & Innovation

"What did they do differently?"

15

Organisational Impact

"How is the organisation stronger?"

10

Industry Contribution

"What did the wider industry gain?"

5

Evidence & Sustainability

"Is it proven, and will it last?"

Commercial firewall

Fees and sponsors have zero role in nominations, shortlisting, judging, scoring or winner selection. Sponsors may appear only as "Presented by", never in an award's name.

Conflict of interest

Every juror signs a declaration and recuses if they work with, compete directly with, sit on the board of, or have a personal or significant commercial relationship with a nominee.
