GLA University has appointed Lalit Seth as its new Senior Vice President – Corporate Alliances, effective July 2024. In this key role, Seth will spearhead the university’s efforts to forge and sustain strategic partnerships with industry leaders, enhancing corporate relations and driving industry collaboration.
Seth’s career trajectory is a testament to his expertise in corporate alliances and industry partnerships. Before joining GLA University, he served as Head of Corporate Alliances, Industry Partnerships, and Placements at Coding Ninjas, where he made significant strides in expanding the university’s network of hiring partners and securing numerous job opportunities for students. His contributions were pivotal in onboarding over 1,300 exclusive hiring partners and securing 850+ job placements across various roles.
Prior to Coding Ninjas, Seth held the position of Senior Director – Strategy, Growth, and Industry Partnerships at UniKaksha, where he was responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, overseeing P&L, and leading cross-functional teams to drive business growth. His strategic acumen and leadership were crucial in optimizing operations and enhancing corporate relations.
Seth also brings valuable experience from his tenure at TalentSprint, a National Stock Exchange (NSE) Group Company, where he led the Graduate Program vertical, focusing on high-growth B2C and B2B operations.
From 2017 to 2021, Seth served as Assistant Vice President – Corporate Relations at GLA University, where he successfully nurtured relationships with Fortune 500 companies and key industry leaders, enhancing the university’s placement and internship programs.
Seth’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Hotel Management from I.H.M Mumbai and a Bachelor of Commerce from Chaudhary Charan Singh University. His extensive experience and strategic vision make him an ideal fit for his new role at GLA University, where he will be instrumental in driving corporate engagement and strategic partnerships.
