Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to enquiries, registrations, payments and attendance for CXO Lanes Founders & CEO Club meetups.
1. Registration and Vetting
Every attendee is reviewed to maintain a relevant, trusted peer group. CXO Lanes reserves the right to accept or decline any registration at its sole discretion without providing a reason. Payment does not guarantee admission until the registration has been confirmed.
2. Payments are Non-Refundable
All payments made for Founders & CEO Club meetups are final and non-refundable, including where an attendee is unable to attend after confirmation.
3. Tickets are Non-Transferable
Tickets cannot be transferred, assigned or resold. Because each member is vetted before a ticket is issued, only the confirmed attendee named on the registration may use it. A substituted attendee must submit a fresh enquiry and receive separate approval.
4. Event Changes
CXO Lanes may change the venue, schedule, speakers, programme or other event details when reasonably necessary. If an event is postponed, a confirmed ticket will ordinarily remain valid for the rescheduled date; any alternative offered will be at CXO Lanes’ discretion.
5. Attendee Conduct
Attendees must behave professionally and respectfully. CXO Lanes may refuse entry or remove anyone whose conduct is disruptive, unsafe, unlawful or inconsistent with the purpose of the club, without refund.
6. Accuracy of Information
Registration details must be complete and accurate. CXO Lanes may request information needed to verify an attendee’s identity, role or organisation and may cancel a registration if submitted information is false or misleading.
7. Photography and Event Content
The event may be photographed or recorded. By attending, participants permit CXO Lanes to use event photographs and recordings for editorial, archival and promotional purposes, unless they notify the event team in writing before the event.
8. Thought-Leadership Feature
The complimentary thought-leadership feature is editorial in nature and is subject to content suitability, factual review and CXO Lanes’ publication guidelines. CXO Lanes may edit, schedule or decline submitted material and does not guarantee reach or engagement.
9. Personal Belongings and Liability
Attendees remain responsible for their belongings and personal arrangements. To the extent permitted by law, CXO Lanes is not responsible for indirect loss, travel costs or loss arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
10. Privacy and Communications
Registration information will be used to review the enquiry, administer attendance and send event-related communications in accordance with the CXO Lanes Privacy Policy.
By submitting an enquiry or completing payment, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms and the CXO Lanes Privacy Policy.
