Ghassan Nassief appointed as Group Chief Executive Officer of Red Sea International - RSI, effective August 2026

Ghassan Nassief has been appointed as Group Chief Executive Officer of Red Sea International - RSI, effective August 2026. Before taking on this role, he founded and led GNN Financial Advisory as CEO, providing financial advisory services in restructuring, turnaround, debt advisory and M&A. He also served as Managing Director at Teneo and Director – Head of Business Development & Placement at Swicorp. Earlier, Ghassan held leadership roles as CEO of Halawani Exchange Company and Head of International Corporate Banking at Emirates Islamic. His banking career includes senior corporate banking positions at Alawwal Bank, بنك البلاد | Bank Albilad, SABB and Banque Saudi Fransi.
