Hong Yuen Poon appointed as Chief Executive Officer of the Singapore National Employers Federation (SNEF)

Hong Yuen Poon has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer of the Singapore National Employers Federation (SNEF). He brings extensive leadership experience across Singapore’s public sector, having held senior appointments in digital development, manpower, enterprise growth and national policy. Before this appointment, Poon served as Deputy Secretary (Digital Security, Economy & International) and Chief Data Officer at the Ministry of Digital Development and Information. His previous leadership roles include Chief Executive of SPRING Singapore and Chief Executive Officer of the National Parks Board, alongside senior positions at the Ministry of Manpower, Ministry of Law and Ministry of Finance.
